GovernID is a platform that regulates and processes the first personal data entry of institutions according to the legal criteria in the field of KVKK and GDPR, manages all of them centrally from a single point and offers this to personal data owners with an application. With this platform structure, the data flowing from all new personal data entry points of the institutions are received and processed with the approval of the Clarification and Consent Management. Personal data owners have the right to make inquiries, update processing or deletion requests of their data within the institution through the application they have, adhering to the criteria specified in the law.

How GovernID Works
GovernID takes control of all data entries by integrating with the forms, visitor entry counter and other possible data entry points on your website, which has data entry to your institution, and protects your institution legally by providing the conditions required by law.

Institutions use a lot of software during their current operation. These software, which they have acquired over the years and used for a long time, vary and differ due to many factors such as their purpose, manufacturer, and usage methods. Institutions that have to receive personal data depending on their fields of activity have a lot to do in order to harmonize their current structures with the law. It is a challenging process to harmonize each system that receives and processes personal data from the systems they use. At this point, GovernID is located at the data entry points of the institutions and manages the legal information during the collection of personal data and the consents obtained from the person when necessary. In order to comply with the law with minimal changes in existing systems, institutions have the opportunity to run the systems they use together with the GovernID platform by using the GovernID API functions. Necessary consultancy services for the commissioning of the GovernID API system, which can be adapted according to the system used, are also provided by our business partners. Currently, web-based integration is provided for institutions that receive data through their websites, and can be put into use in a very short time.
